Ingredient

300g high protein flour
30g sugar
1.5tsp Instant Yeast
3/4 Egg
0.5 tsp salt
2 tbsp milk powder
150ml water
30g Butter
Step 1 :
1) put all ingredient above ( except butter ) to mixing bowl
2) beat the dough ( ~15 mins ) until 起筋.
3) put in butter and beat another 15 mins
Step 2:
Put dough in a clean bowl for first 發酵. ( 45 mins )
Step 3:
Take out the dough and flatten it with a rolling stick. Roll out the air at the same time
Put chicken ham and cheese evenly along the flattened dough
Roll up the dough and put the sandwich tin
Step 4:
Second 發酵 using 基礎發酵 method as below. ( 45 mins )
Step 5 :
Bake in pre-heat oven 200C for 18 mins
Final product
