太極面包 - 十字手 Cheese bun


心血來潮 .. youtube'ing this clips 奶油小餐包

Learnt two tips to make the bread/bun soft :
1) 基礎發酵  - this step can make your bread / bun become more soft , more moist and more tasty !!

2) 在麵包上塗少許奶油 - can prevent air direct contact to bun and make it dry.

I don't have 發酵箱 in my house , so think of an alternative way to DIY it. ( use my second oven , boiled some water , put in a tray and put at upper level tray , then put the bun dough at bottom tray )
The result really satisfied !!
